Many of our team members and founder of the company are also immigrants, so we understand that it is a previlege to reside in America. United States is a land of opportunities, structure and justice that many of us desire to have. As a result, it is very important that as foreign national persons applying for the various immigration status to the United States follow the guidelines and requirements to obtain legal status to reside in America. One of the greatest challenges is the language, forms and documents in applying for the legal status to the United States. As a result, we serve to be mediators and voices to help process your applications to the U.S. Immigration Services. Please note that immigration laws change without notice. As a result, our services is to help our clients mitigate when changes occur. However, in order to have a higher success rate, all required documents are needed on a timely manner. There are given timelines of things due in order to process the application and proceed to the next step. At Cornerstone Immigration Services, we intend to follow the guidelines and procedures set by the U.S. Immigration Services in order to do our part to help maintain the reasons why people desire to come to America.

Our Process
The first phone or face to face conversation would be to understand your reason for applying and see which application and documents are required. If applicants are able to provide all required information and documents, we will proceed to the next step. Please understand that the U.S. Immigration Services is the decision maker of who they will grant the privilege to receive legal status. We merely serve to assist all applicants with applications, forms, documents and communicators between the applicant and the U.S. Immigration Services. We do not make any guarantees for any applicants to receive legal immigration status since many are by lottery basis.
Our Services
There are different types of legal immigration status and visas to apply for depending on the purpose of your intended travel and other facts required under U.S. immigration law. As a visa applicant, you will need to establish that you meet all requirements to receive the category of visa for which you are applying. We serve to direct you to the type you need per our conversation. We will also update you when there are changes in the immigration requirements pertaining to your type of application. U.S. Immigration will perform background checks whenever required. All service fees are disclosed up front and are non-refundable whether or not you are approved by the U.S. immigration Services as these are the fees for the time and services we assist applicants to gather, complete, process and communicate. No one can guarantee of approval, not even the U.S. Immigration Services.
